Professional assistant of the surgical department, procedure room and intensive therapy room, Olga Konstantinovna is always attentive to the patients and their needs. Whether it is preparing a consulting room for reception of patients, or setting up an intravenous drip, or monitoring inhalation procedure, one can be sure that any of the tasks will be perfectly done.
“I’ve liked the profession of nurse since childhood. Certainly, when I had learnt the trade, it turned out that it’s not easy, especially when it comes to reanimation work. But when a person, who was in a very serious condition, is already smiling the next day, it makes me glad to realize that I do an important and useful work. I also like communicating with little patients. Of course, I am sorry for them, they are afraid and don’t understand that all procedures are for their own good. That is why we should soothe a child, talk about something interesting to him or her and show that there is no reason to be afraid.”
