In the MC Healthy&Happy, you can pay for medical services just in the center by:

  • Cash (payment is accepted just in UAH);
  • By bank card (including using contactless payment technology);
  • Online payment on the website;
  • Online payment within the Privat24 mobile application;
  • Transfer to MC banking account (payment for already received medical services and/or prepayment for services that are planned to be purchased);
  • Advanced payment for services by invoice (for legal entities and private entrepreneurs).


Online payment on the website:

Step 1: Notify the receptionists about the method of payment for the services you have chosen. Get approval from them to make payment online.

Step 2: Follow the link "Pay in Privat 24".

Step 3: Enter your full name, the sum of funds to be paid, and credit card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV code on the back of the card). Click the Go to Shopping Cart.

Step 4: Confirm the payment on the LiqPay page using your phone, card, or digital wallet or the Privat24 QR code.

Step 5: Notify the receptionists about the success of the payment.

Payment to the banking account (online payment within the website or the Privat24 mobile application (non-beta version)):

Step 1: Notify the receptionists about the method of payment for the services you have chosen. Get their approval to process payment to the banking account.

Step 2: Go to the website www.privat24.ua, or to the Privat24 mobile application.

Step 3: Go to your personal account and enter your username and password.

Step 4: Go to the "All services", then "In Ukraine (requisites for payments)".

Step 5: Enter the banking account of the Healthy&Happy Medical Center:

Purpose of payment: for medical services from (name of the client who received or plans to receive medical services).

Step 6: Confirm the payment.

Step 7: Notify the receptionists about the success of the payment.

Transfer to the banking account of the medical center (in the self-service terminal of "Privat Bank"):

Step 1: Notify the receptionists about the payment method you have chosen. Get their approval to pay through the self-service terminal.

Step 2: If you have a PrivatBank card, insert it into the terminal.
If there is no PrivatBank card, click “I have no card”. Enter the mobile phone number to which you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code.

Step 3: Select the "Payment for other services", then "Search for a company by details".

Step 4: Enter the bank account of the Healthy&Happy Medical Center:

Step 6: Notify the receptionists about the success of the payment.

Advanced payment for services by invoice (for legal entities and private entrepreneurs ):

Step 1: Contact the receptionists directly at the medical center, or by calling (044) 5010203 to get medical services for your company's employees at the Healthy&Happy Medical Center by a contract.

Step 2: Leave your contact details for feedback in order to confirm all conditions, cost, organizational details.

Step 3: Prepare a package of company registration documents in e-form for The Legal Department of the Healthy&Happy Medical Center.

Step 4: Wait for a call from the Senior Medical Coordinator to get medical services.

"Payment by installments"

In addition, for clients who have a "monobank" card, the Healthy&Happy Medical Center can offer the “Pay by installments” service. You must have funds on the balance sheet that could cover the cost of the services received and the installed mobile application "monobank", which will allow issuing an online consumer loan and independently choose installments favorable terms. After the bank has confirmed this option, you just have to inform the receptionists about the payment method you have chosen.
